Well, now that most people's season's have concluded, what was the good, bad and the ugly (mostly good I hope)? What tournaments stuck out as a "thumbs up"? Well golly geez "surfie" ... which was your most memorable?

Mr.TRT was are you always such a sarcastic boob? I am sure anything that "Surfie" has done is noteworthy. He runs a good ship. You however are a disgrace to this Board. Why anyone would want to post something on here with you sitting in the background ready to "Pounce" on them is beyond me. You are a parasite that needs to be terminated. Well golly geez "surfie" ... which was your most memorable? I like the larger Barrick tournaments, and I liked the ASA Eastern National venue, but things change as the ages of the players change. Oh, and thanks GW. TRT, is getting more cantankerous by the day.

Best tournament: Colorado Sparkler/Fireworks. Amazing facilities, great organization, good communication, excellent competition. Scenic City in Chattanooga runs a close second. Sun Classic in Florida is also very good.

TRT, see what I mean about your inane posts. You have no substance. Putting in a KMA comment shows the shallow nature of your intellect. You are an MBL. Message Board Loser. Defender of the Average IQ Holder (Not you TRT)

Defender of the Average IQ Holder (Not you TRT) And as the head of "The Board Chapter" of MENSA ... I and my fellow Members who post on here, applaud you in looking out for and defending the 80's-100's! Now, why don't you float over to the College Thread and rag on Watten for her hiring Jill Callaway as the next Maryland Pitching Coach ... Oh, once again, KMA !!!

Cancel the lookout! There's been a sighting of Mr. Green! He's currently at Team New Jersey October Fall Showcase. . Sitting on the bucket calling pitches for Premier Jersey Intensity KOD www.jerseyintensity.com/teams/18upremier.html No info on whether his Shamrock luck is working. Rumor has it that next year he’s moving his law practice to Columbia

Rumor has it that next year he’s moving his law practice to Columbia I guess the pitch calling guru has strong-armed his way onto another coaching staff. So far the only place that tactic hasn't worked was at Good Counsel HS where he was shown the door by a coach who is a retired police officer who wouldn't let him intimidate her.

I'm fairly sure he won't be calling pitches at Missouri. I'm a little surprised KOD is letting that happen.

I see that the Vienna Stars have taken their traditional tournaments; The Cherry Blossom (formerly Pony) The Vienna Invitational (formerly NSA) ... and converted them over to PGF tournaments. For tournaments in this area that is a pretty significant switch. Both of those tournaments have a long running history (I believe the Vienna Invitational has run for over 20 years). The PGF schedule is steadily building out for 2013, and the impacts to the other sanctioning bodies will be steady. NSA (especially Virginia), Pony and ASA are going to feel some creep on their influence. USSSA is, well...... USSSA.

Other tournaments that are available are listed on the Premier Girls Fastpitch site ( premiergirlsfastpitch.com). There are several Regional and National Qualifiers in Virginia, PA, and New Jersey.
