I picked Howard County but the SMAC is always tough and probably has 3 teams that could win a state title

You want strongest top-to-bottom, or best team? I went with SMAC because they're strongest from top-to-bottom, but IAAM-A and AA-Co have some very good teams at the top end.

From the outside it looks like AA County lost a lot of talent last year. How good will they be?

SMAC should be strong top to bottom. keep an eye on McDonough in the 2A. They have a couple good throwers.

C. Milton Wright has virtually their entire starting team back plus picked up Loch Raven's best player. They are another team who will be in the chase for sure.

Plus, I believe the North will play the West this year in the semi-finals. If they make it that far, that should improve CMW's chances of getting to play at College Park.

I think I also heard that some of the West schools, like Sherwood, will be moving to the North. Is this accurate?
