MD high schools are seriously thinking of allowing metal cleats for softball this upcoming season, per the MPSSAA administration. Welcome to 2002 Maryland !!!! I thought our Maryland girls were too inept and fragile for metal cleats. They are not capable and athletic like boys!

It's about time! States around us allow the girls to use metal cleats and have a for a while. A LONG while. MDSPSSA has been ridiculous about this issue. And, IMHO, sexist (baseball has worn metal cleats forever).
